When Ribena changed its formulation to get around the Sugar Tax, naturally there were going to be complaints. People love Ribena.
So I was tasked to help write responses for Ribena's Consumer Care team and to also create a video that would sit on the Ribena website, which people could be directed to if they had concerns/complaints. The message I came up with for the video was simple - Ribena has changed over the years, but it is still the same Ribena.
I wrote the script and looked after the art direction, while Big Buoy Productions handled the edit. Sniffy Dog Music composed the tune while the awesome Gemma Whelan of Game of Thrones and Horrible Histories fame, kindly provided the voiceover.
